Mission Bay residents and employees who earn less than $70K can ride Caltrain for free in 2025.  Enroll for this valuable Annual Pass on Wednesday, December 18th, between 4:30 and 7:00 PM, at the Mission Bay Branch Library on Fourth Street. All you have to do is complete a simple survey, and you’ll get a Clipper Card loaded with the 2025 Annual Pass, good for immediate use, on the spot. Already have a Clipper Card?
