Fermented Pickle Workshop

UC Master Food Preservers returned to SPARK Social SF and it was kind of a big dill! 

On September 10th, our friends and expert teachers at UC Master Food Preservers guided pickling-enthusiast in crafting their own jar of classic pickles from scratch! Attendees went home with a jar of pickles, ready to ferment to perfection, plus the knowledge to take on more delicious pickling projects!

ABOUT UC MASTER FOOD PRESERVERS
"Preserve today, relish tomorrow!" UC Master Food Preserver Volunteers are trained and certified to educate the community on safe food preservation practices, such as pickling, drying, freezing, and both water bath and pressure canning. They offer a variety of fun classes throughout San Mateo and San Francisco counties
