Dumpling Down! Chinese New Year Bottomless Brunch

No matter what corner of the world you hail from, there’s always one surefire way to celebrate a holiday: awesome food and drinks! SPARK’s celebrated its first annual Chinese New Year Food Festival!

Friends joined together for a Chinese brunch filled with fun, delicious dumplings, and bottomless house-made kumquat mimosas! Vendors from all over the Bay Area steamed, fried, baked and boiled authentic classics like goyza, bao buns, dim sum, fish balls, and more! Traditional fillings like shrimp, seaweed, pork belly, and cabbage helped to curb every craving.
In addition to delicious dumplings, vendors had tons of other Chinese treats! Onion pancakes, fried chicken, fresh noodles, fried rice, egg rolls, and more dotted the dumpling menus of all your favorite trucks. 

Guests got down on some delectable dumplings and bottomless, house-made, kumquat mimosas at the only Chinese New Year Food Festival in San Francisco - Dumpling Down. Stale brunch spots dumped and traded for delicious dumplings with us!
